The cemetery in Žižkov was our first stop during the 2016 visit to the Czech Republic because of its limited opening hours.  The cemetery possessed a few interesting stones; however, in general, the graveyard and the stones were rather unremarkable in terms of decoration.  The grounds were very secure with a ticket-taker on duty to collect the entrance fee.  The infamous telecommunications tower was just as indicated– a prominent, hulking blight on the cemetery and the larger landscape.
