With the help of a neighbor lady we eventually roused the head of the Huşi Jewish community who accompanied us to the cemetery and let us in.  The cemetery area covered about fifteen acres; however, a large part of the land was leased for agricultural purposes.  The newer section of the cemetery was adequately maintained; however, the older section was neglected and decaying.  It appeared that walnut trees along the edge of the cemetery were creating quite a mess in at least part of the cemetery.
