A visit to Bobowa is interesting on several levels.  The town possesses a synagogue that has been nicely restored and a famous and picturesque cemetery that overlooks the town.  Unfortunately, the price of admission to both the synagogue and to the cemetery are excessive compared to fees and gratuities that I have paid throughout the rest of eastern Europe that I have visited.   I found this to be the case on my first visit in 2007 and again in 2017.  In the latter year, I found that the growth of vegetation blocked the scenic view of the town and deprived the location of some of its pastoral quality and serenity.
